Your voyage offers the unique opportunity to experience Asian cuisine through the lens of one of the world’s most esteemed Cantonese chefs: Chef Paul Lau Ping Lui of Michelin-starred Tin Lung Heen at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong. In collaboration with the onboard culinary team, Chef Lau will express the authentic traditions and contemporary expressions of Asian cuisine with specially curated menus and exclusive experiences ashore. During intimate, private dinners of no more than 16 guests, Chef Lau will personally prepare and present each exquisite course. Chef Lau will also lead a market tour in Shanghai where, along with a small group of guests, he will select seasonal ingredients to feature in a course curated for that evening’s menu at Azur on Luminara.
