Awarded Pastry Chef of the Year three times by the World Gourmet Summit, Chef Wong is the brilliant chocolatier behind 2am:dessertbar, which offers innovative dessert experiences in Singapore and within the W Hotel Sydney.
Experiences with Chef Wong include a masterclass in the art of plating, a degustation inspired by Asian desserts, and an exploration of chocolate’s journey from bean to bar.
