About this Cruise
In a unique collaboration between The Ritz-Carlton on land and sea, Chef Sedtapat “Pop” Sukpaisanpongsa of The Ritz-Carlton, Bangkok, joins us on this voyage for a culinary residency. This partnership between Chef Pop and the onboard culinary team will express the authentic traditions and contemporary expressions of Southeast Asian cuisine with specially curated menus, exclusive experiences ashore, and food and beverage pairings with The Ritz-Carlton, Bangkok’s head mixologist, Ewen Ledan. During intimate, private dinners of no more than 16 guests, Chef Pop will personally prepare and present each exquisite course. Chef Pop will also host a small group on a local tour of Bangkok’s iconic markets, selecting seasonal ingredients to feature in a course curated for that evening’s menu at Azur on Luminara. Complementing the experiences with Chef Pop will be mixology classes with Ledan, artisanal beverage tastings, and other interactive events.
