About this Cruise

Our maritime adventures offer exciting itineraries that integrate shore excursions with a unique lectures and discussions program so that travel is edifying as well as relaxing. With our own dedicated chaplain, daily Mass and Confessions, and pilgrimages to the world’s most magnificent Catholic shrines, we know you will come away spiritually refreshed. And we know that our cruises will be suffused with camaraderie and friendship with fellow Catholics who share a common love of Jesus Christ and want to see his Church flourish.

Our talks will explore the origins of the Catholic Faith in North America beginning with the Jesuit Martyrs and Kateri Tekawitha. We will also take up the involved question of the Church during the American Revolution, a relationship that only grew more volatile as our nation matured.

Special guests this cruise include William and Amy Fahey of the Saint Thomas More College of the Liberal Arts. I don’t know any one better on American—especially New England—history than William, and I don’t know any one better than his delightful wife, Amy, to talk about one of my favorite books of all time: Willa Cather's spellbinding and intimate historical novel of colonial Quebec: Shadows on the Rock.
